Which items are eligible for return?
We happily accept returns for all items purchased on this website, provided they remain in their original condition: unworn, with all tags still attached. For footwear, the original shoe box must be included and must also be in like-new condition. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange; however, if a “Final Sale” item is damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

When can I return items?
We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Where should I ship my return package?
Please drop off your return package at your nearest UPS drop-off location.

Return packages must be shipped back from the same country/region to which the items were originally delivered. For more details, please visit our comprehensive FAQ page.

How should I package my return?
Please be sure to print your return slip and include it inside the package along with the items you are returning. Please affix the return shipping label to the exterior of the outer shipping box. Please do not ship back the original shoe box directly (i.e., without placing it inside an outer shipping box for protection); if the shoe box is damaged during transit, we will be unable to accept the return.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return package, our team will verify its contents and inspect the items to ensure they remain unworn and in their original condition. We will then issue a refund to your original payment method (financial institution) within 7 to 10 business days.

How do I process an exchange?
Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item to us for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you desire.

What are the return fees?
We will deduct the actual return shipping costs incurred from your final refund amount.
